Technical Requirements :
1. No watermark on the picture
2. Mode : RGB colour / black & white
3. Parameters : 8000 pixels
4. Resolution : 300 dpi
5. Format : JPEG 10
6. Colour Profile : sRGB or Adobe 98
1. Entry file name writing format : 17(Category)-(Full Name)-(Number of entry) (Example For Portrait Category entry file name : 17PT-name-01)
2. Participants submit ① Entry Form ② Bank-in slip copy(Entry Fees) ③ JpgFile .
3. Participation Fees : RM30 per entry. No limit to the number of submissions. Special concession for those who enter at the multiple of 5 submissions, e.g. pay RM150 for the submissions of 6 entries, pay RM300 for the submissions of 12 entries, etc.
4. Name of payee: The Federation of Commercial Photographic Society, Malaysia.

5. Deadline : All entries must be email to the organiser’s email account by Tuesday, July 20, 2017.

9. Awards Ceremony: August 9, 2017. Location: Muar, Johor.
10. All entries must be the original works of contestants. There is no limit to the number of entries as long as each work is in line with the theme of the contest. As such, the organizers have the right to cancel the eligibility should it not comply with the theme.
11. All submissions must demonstrate basic photographic skills. An image with a simple and powerful message could be identified as the highest score image without so much as to rely on creativity or technical manipulation.
12. All works must not have been entered for other contests. Besides, all entered works should not be publicized in any form of media, including Facebook, etc, prior to the release of the final results of the contest. Works that are disputed will be disqualified by the organizers. The legal liability shall be the sole responsibility of violators in the event of copyright infringement.
13. The organizers & sponsors have the absolute right to use the photos for public display without having to pay any royalties.
14. Each participant can only win one of the top prizes (1st to 3rd) in each category.
15. All winners are required to attend the award presentation ceremony, details of which will be published in the major newspapers/magazines.
16. The decisions of the judges shall be final. No further enquiries will be entertained.
17. All Contestants must expressly agree and accept the above conditions.
18. The organiser has the right to amend the above conditions without prior notice.
