The contest is open to all Malaysian wedding photography companies and photographic enthusiasts.

2nd prize:

Technical Requirements:
1. Print Paper :FUJIFILM paper ( Wedding Category Only)
2. Print Out Image Size :Minimum size 12”x 8” (96 square inches) , Maximum size 12”x16” (192 square inches)
3. No lamination and watermark on the picture
4. Mode :RGB colour / black-and-white
5. Mounting :Photo mounted on 16” x 20” black colour cardboard
6. Parameters :8000 pixels
7. Resolution :300 dpi
8. Format :JPEG 10
9. Colour Profile :sRGB  or Adobe 98

1. Entry file name writing format :  17WD-(Full Name)-(Number of entry).jpg   (Example For first entry file name : 17WD-name-01, For second entry file name : 17WD-name-02)

2. All contestants must state their name, address, contact number, email, the number of each photo entry (if more than one submission). All these particulars must be filled in the participant form that should be posted at the back of the photo.

3. Participation Fees :RM30 per entry. No limit to the number of submissions. Special 
concession for those who enter at the multiple of 5 submissions, e.g. pay RM150 for the submissions of 6 entries, pay RM300 for the submissions of 12 entries, etc.

5. Participants submitt Photo (with mounted Black colour cardboard)  Entry Form (pasted at the back of photo) Bank-in slip copy(Entry Fees)  Burnt into CD / DVD(Jpg File).

6. Deadline :All entries must be received at the organiser’s office by 5 pm, Tuesday, July 20, 2017.

8. Judging date: July 23, 2017. Location: Kuala Lumpur

9. Awards Ceremony: August 9, 2017. Location: Muar, Johor.

10. All entries must be the original works of contestants. There is no limit to the number of entries as long as each work is in line with the theme of the contest. As such, the organizers have the right to cancel the eligibility should it not comply with the theme.                                                                                                                                   
11. All submissions must demonstrate basic photographic skills. An image with a simple and powerful message could be identified as the highest score image without so much as to rely on creativity or technical manipulation.

12. All works must not have been entered for other contests. Besides, all entered works should not be publicized in any form of media, including Facebook, etc, prior to the release of the final results of the contest. Works that are disputed will be disqualified by the organizers. Violators will have their eligibility cancelled and all awards, including bonuses, trophies, awards and prizes will henceforth be recovered by the organiser. The legal liability shall be the sole responsibility of violators in the event of copyright infringement.

13. All entry photos will not be returned. The organizers & sponsors have the absolute right to use the photos for public display without having to pay any royalties.

14. Mailed entries proper must be sent with packaging protection. Mailed entries cannot serve as evidence of delivery. The organiser will not be held liable for any damage, loss or delay of competition entries sent by post.

15. Each participant can only win one of the top prizes (1st to 3rd) and/or either a Gold or Silver Image award.

16. All winners are required to attend the award presentation ceremony, details of which will be published in the major newspapers/magazines.

17. The decisions of the judges shall be final. No further enquiries will be entertained.

18. All Contestants must expressly agree and accept the above conditions.

19. The organiser has the right to amend the above conditions without prior notice.
